Bhavya Pharma Chem’s manufacturing facilities are located at Badlapur MIDC, a well-established chemical industrial zone. Badlapur is situated approximately 30 kilometers from Nhava Sheva, India’s leading and most advanced seaport, and just 5 kilometers from Bhiwandi, a major hub for transport companies and chemical warehousing. It is also located about 60 kilometers from Mumbai, ensuring strategic connectivity.
We are in close proximity to numerous medium and large chemical manufacturing units, which serve as reliable sources for our basic raw materials. This geographical advantage ensures timely and cost-effective procurement, allowing us to maintain consistent production schedules.
In addition to serving the domestic market, Bhavya Pharma Chem exports a substantial portion of its production to international markets. Our location’s proximity to both the international airport and major seaport significantly enhances the efficiency of our logistics for both local and global clients.
Our corporate office, located near Sakinaka and Mumbai’s Sahar International Airport, houses our Sales, Purchase, Finance, and Administrative Departments. This office serves as the central hub for client communication and coordination with our manufacturing unit, ensuring seamless operations and efficient delivery of products.
PACKAGING &
SHIPMENT
At Bhavya Pharma Chem, the handling of the final product is carried out under controlled and hygienic conditions. Once the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams grant approval, the final product is packed in PP/HDPE bags or fiber drums and stored safely at our factory. This ensures product integrity and safety during transportation.
We offer standard packaging options as follows:
- For Solids: 25 kg / 50 kg PP bags, and 500 kg / 1000 kg jumbo bags
- For Liquids: 65 kg / 250 kg plastic drums, IBC tanks, and ISO tanks
Customized packaging solutions are also available to meet specific customer requirements.
For Full Container Load (FCL) shipments, all materials are palletized and shrink-wrapped at the factory itself. Bhavya Pharma Chem has factory stuffing permission, ensuring streamlined and secure container loading.
